ANRANIA supports companies and property owners in managing commercial construction and fit-out projects. Our focus is on retail, hospitality, commercial real estate and expansion. We coordinate planning, costs, timelines and project stakeholders while representing the client’s interests throughout the project. The review covers building services, electrical capacity, ventilation, fire safety, layout, landlord scope, approval risks and key CAPEX risks.
